During the summer of 2014, we started the process of creating our first product. Our first step was to ask a group of ladies from our local golf club, Strawberry Hill Golf Club in Twickenham, what frustrated them about products for lady golfers and they were very quick to tell us that golf products are:

Having identified a number of areas that could be improved, we decided on our first product:
We asked the Strawberry Hill lady golfers what frustrated them about golf umbrellas and what they would like to see in an umbrella created for them to ensure that we created a product, which was both functional and attractive to lady golfers.

Following the success of The Gertie Brolly, we asked our growing community of Golfing Gertie customers, what should our next product be and the overwhelming response was “Gertie Gloves”, so over the summer of 2015, we partnered with our customer community to create “Gertie Gloves”, read how we did this here.
Our goal is to create an online community of lady golfers, who help us design and create new golf products for us all to enjoy using on and around the course.
